By accessing or using TruckFit (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

TruckFit is a free, public, browser-based tool that produces suggested 3D packing layouts for truck containers. It is provided for informational and planning purposes only.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or attack the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, resell, or commercially redistribute the Service or its output without our written permission.
• Use the Service to infringe the rights of others.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Packing suggestions are heuristics and may not be suitable for every cargo, vehicle, or jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying load safety, weight limits, securement, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations before loading or transporting any cargo.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruckFit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service - even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Intellectual property

The TruckFit name, logo, design, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You retain all rights to the input data you enter into the Service.

6. Modifications

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
