6-Rotation Optimization

Every box is tested in all 6 possible orientations to find the most space-efficient fit. Duplicate rotations are automatically pruned for performance.

02 / 06

Weight-Aware Stacking

Heavy items are always placed below lighter ones. The engine enforces a strict rule: a box cannot rest on top of a lighter box.

03 / 06

60% Support Threshold

Every stacked box must have at least 60% of its base area supported by the boxes beneath it. This prevents tipping and shifting during transit.

04 / 06

Anchor-Point System

After each box is placed, the engine generates new anchor points at every corner of that box, creating a dense grid of potential placement positions.

Interactive 3D & 2D Views

Visualize your packed truck from any angle with isometric 3D rendering, or switch to a back-view 2D cross-section. Pan, zoom, and pinch on any device.

Manual packing vs TruckFit

Manual Packing

  • Trial and error placement
  • Heavy items often stacked on top
  • Wasted space in corners and gaps
  • Multiple trips for the same load
  • Risk of damage during transit

TruckFit

  • Physics-optimized placement
  • Weight-aware bottom-up stacking
  • Every cubic inch utilized
  • Fewer trips, lower fuel costs
  • 60% base support prevents shifting
