TruckFit ("we", "our", "the Service") is a free, public tool for 3D truck-loading optimization. This policy explains what data we handle when you use the Service.

TruckFit runs entirely in your browser. The cargo dimensions, weights, and packing configurations you enter are processed on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

If you contact us by email, we receive whatever information you choose to send (your email address, message contents, and any attachments). We use that information only to respond.

2. Cookies & analytics

We may use minimal first-party storage (such as a theme preference) to make the app function. We may also use privacy-respecting, aggregated analytics to understand overall usage. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

3. Third-party services

The Service is hosted on third-party infrastructure providers, which may collect standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and reliability purposes, subject to their own privacy policies.

4. Children's privacy

TruckFit is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Your rights

Because we do not maintain user accounts or store the data you enter, there is generally no personal data to access, correct, or delete. If you've emailed us and would like your message deleted, contact us and we will honor reasonable requests.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
